This policy is shared with all new employees via our induction programme:

• Whilst our Senior Management Team is ultimately accountable for ensuring the successful implementation of this policy, all new employees sign a ‘Personal Commitment’ form prior to the commencement of any activities
• We ensure that all members of staff, at every level, are aware of and understand our commitment to maintaining the security of Your Data and ensuring it is securely destroyed before disposal of the associated media
• Any alleged violation of this policy by an employee is taken seriously and investigated in accordance with appropriate disciplinary procedures
